The cover opens like a book so the complete vial set can be viewed at once. Concealed magnets help the lid remain closed without a visible tab, and the rigid shell provides better edge and crush resistance than a lightweight folding carton.
The insert layout is customized from the actual vial diameter, overall height, cap profile and required quantity. Cavity spacing, finger access and extraction clearance are reviewed before sampling to create a secure fit without making the vials difficult to remove.

Yes. The outer box and insert are made to order. Send the vial diameter, overall height, cap dimensions and required quantity per box so a new cavity arrangement can be developed.
Is the white insert EVA or sponge?
The photograph shows a custom-cut white foam insert, but the exact material should be confirmed from the sample specification. EVA and high-density sponge can be compared according to edge quality, compression, protection and budget.
Can finger notches or lift ribbons be added?
Yes. Finger notches, stepped cavities and lift ribbons can make small vials easier to remove. The best solution depends on vial height and required retention.
Can small text, barcodes and batch information be printed?
Yes. CMYK and spot-color printing can reproduce approved detailed artwork. Minimum type size, barcode quiet zones and contrast should be checked on the final dieline.
