The details
worth checking.
A few clear answers before you choose a custom sushi push-up tube.
What does the Ø51 mm measurement refer to?
Ø51 mm is the tube’s outer diameter. The height can be adjusted. Share your sushi roll dimensions so we can check the usable inner space and confirm a suitable tube height.
Can I split the custom-print minimum across designs?
The minimum is 1,000 pieces per design. Several designs can be planned in one project when each individual design meets its minimum.
Can I review a physical sample before production?
Yes. Once the size, artwork and finish are confirmed, a physical sample can be made for you to check the print placement, component fit and push-up action before bulk production.
What about food-contact requirements?
The tube uses food-contact components, including a PE-coated inner liner and a PP push mechanism. Tell us the destination market and any required test standard so we can confirm the applicable documentation for your chosen specification. The tube is not microwaveable.
Are the carton figures the same for every order?
No. The packing figures shown on this page are planning examples. Final pieces per carton, carton count, weight and volume depend on your order quantity and any additional packing requirements.
