Luxury Black 2-Vial Peptide Vial Drawer Box with Transparent PET Insert
This PackPrince 2-vial peptide vail drawer box combines a rigid black outer sleeve, metallic gold inner drawer and transparent PET blister insert to create a compact premium presentation for two peptide vials. The sliding drawer structure provides a controlled reveal, while the ribbon pull handle makes the package easy to open without interrupting the clean exterior design.
The outer shell is constructed from 157 gsm C2S art paper + 1.5 mm greyboard + 157 gsm C2S art paper. The gold inner drawer uses gold card + 1.5 mm greyboard + gold card, paired with a custom transparent PET insert. CMYK printing and selective gold foil stamping can be used to create a strong black-and-gold branded presentation.

Sliding Drawer Construction for a Controlled Product Reveal
The rigid sleeve-and-drawer construction creates a different opening experience from magnetic book-style packaging. Pulling the ribbon gradually reveals the gold inner drawer and vial presentation, making the structure especially suitable for compact premium sets and branded sample kits.

Integrated Ribbon Pull for Easy Drawer Access
A woven ribbon pull is fitted to the inner drawer so the package can be opened easily without adding an exposed plastic or metal handle. Ribbon width and color can be selected to coordinate with the printed artwork and overall packaging design.
Metallic Interior
Gold-Card Inner Drawer for Strong Black-and-Gold Contrast
The inner drawer is wrapped with metallic gold card on both visible sides of a 1.5 mm rigid greyboard core. When combined with the black exterior sleeve, the metallic surface produces a pronounced visual contrast as the drawer is opened.
The gold interior also works together with the transparent PET insert, allowing the metallic base to remain visible around and beneath the vial cavities instead of being completely hidden by an opaque foam insert.

Clear Thermoformed PET Insert for Two Vials
The transparent PET blister insert is thermoformed around the required vial dimensions. Two individual cavities help position the vials while preserving visibility of the metallic gold interior underneath. The cavity dimensions are developed according to the actual vial body and closure profile.
Vial Fit
Developed Around Actual Vial Dimensions
Vial capacity alone does not determine the correct PET cavity size. Please provide the maximum vial diameter, total height including the closure and physical samples or accurate dimensional drawings whenever possible before final insert tooling is confirmed.
Brand Printing
CMYK Printing for Custom Brand Graphics
CMYK printing allows logos, scientific graphics, typography and other branded elements to be integrated into the exterior design. Black packaging can be combined with restrained metallic detailing for a more premium presentation.
Decorative Finish
Selective Gold Foil Stamping
Selected logo elements, borders or graphic details can be highlighted with gold foil stamping. Using foil selectively instead of covering large areas helps preserve visual hierarchy while coordinating the exterior artwork with the metallic gold drawer.
