This magnetic gatefold rigid box is designed for serum vials, ampoules and multi-component skincare sets. Two front doors open outward to reveal a centered tray, while four custom-cut black foam cavities organize and protect the products.
A Symmetrical Gatefold Reveal
The twin rigid doors meet at the center to form a strong front-facing design line. When opened, both panels move away from the central tray and frame the complete skincare set, creating a presentation suited to premium launches, treatment kits and limited-edition collections.
Hidden magnets can be positioned in the doors and box body to control closure and alignment. Magnet strength, polarity, hinge allowance and door gap must be evaluated together after the final board thickness and box size are confirmed.

Concealed magnets are positioned in the doors and corresponding body panels. Their strength, polarity and depth are tested with the final board and paper construction.
Can the insert hold products of different shapes and heights?
Yes. Each cavity can be engineered independently. Provide the dimensions, weight and samples or CAD for every vial, bottle and accessory.
Can several color variants use the same structure?
Yes, when the product and insert layout remain unchanged. Separate artwork proofs and production setup may still apply to each printed design.
Can the black EVA be covered with velvet?
Yes. Velvet-flocked or suede-look EVA creates a softer matte appearance. White, black and selected custom colors can be reviewed through material sampling.
Can this presentation box ship by itself?
It is not automatically a shipping carton. Courier and e-commerce delivery normally require a suitable corrugated outer carton and protective packing.
