White 2 Vial Peptide Packaging Box with Clear PET Insert
This PackPrince white peptide vial drawer packaging box combines a clean white rigid outer sleeve with a metallic gold inner drawer and transparent thermoformed PET insert. Designed around a two-vial configuration, the packaging provides a compact presentation while keeping the products visible against the metallic interior.
The outer sleeve uses 157 gsm C2S art paper + 1.5 mm greyboard + 157 gsm C2S art paper, while the inner drawer is constructed from gold card + 1.5 mm greyboard + gold card. CMYK artwork, selective gold foil stamping and a coordinating ribbon pull can be customized to match the required brand identity.

A woven ribbon pull projects from the drawer front and provides a convenient grip for opening. Ribbon color can be coordinated with the artwork and other branded details.
Transparent Insert
Custom Clear PET Blister Insert for 2 Vial Peptide Packaging Box
The thermoformed PET insert uses clear material rather than opaque EVA, helping maintain visibility of the gold-card drawer beneath the products. Individual cavities position the two vials and create a defined presentation layout.
Insert tooling should be developed from the actual vial dimensions. Diameter, total height, cap shape and required removal clearance are reviewed before final production.
