The PackPrince custom peptide packaging box is developed around the actual dimensions of your injector pen, peptide vials, diluent bottle and accessories. Its book-style rigid construction creates a premium opening experience, while the precision-cut EVA insert keeps every component organized and helps reduce unnecessary movement during handling. The box size, cavity layout, interior graphics, printing and finishing can all be customized for your brand and product configuration.

Interior Structure
Precision-Cut EVA Insert for a Stable Product Layout
The black EVA insert can be CNC-cut or die-cut to match the shape of each pen, vial, bottle or accessory. Cavity depth, spacing and removal clearance are reviewed together so components remain separated and easy to access. Finger notches, pull ribbons, layered EVA and printed paper mounted over the EVA are available when the product presentation requires a more refined interior.
Product-Specific Sizing
Developed Around Actual Pen and Vial Dimensions
Nominal capacity alone does not determine the finished cavity size. Vials from different suppliers may have different body diameters, caps, stoppers and total heights. For accurate development, please provide the maximum diameter, total height, component quantity and preferred orientation. Physical samples or dimensioned drawings are recommended before the final insert is approved.
Exterior Presentation
Custom Printing & Anti-Scratch Surface Protection
The exterior and interior panels can carry CMYK artwork, Pantone colors, instructions, QR-code areas and brand graphics. For black, navy or other dark designs, anti-scratch matte lamination is recommended because standard matte film can show scuffs and fingerprints more easily. Optional finishes include soft-touch lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV.
Product Access
Balanced Cavity Tolerance and Easy Removal
An insert that is too loose allows the components to shift, while an overly tight cavity may make removal difficult or rub against product labels. We review the product profile, insertion direction and accessible edges to establish a practical fit. Finger notches, stepped cavities and pull tabs can be added where appropriate to support comfortable removal.
