Yes. Please provide the external dimensions and quantity of every component. The cavities, tray area and overall box size are developed around that list.
Does the presentation box replace a return shipping mailer?
A return mailer is a separate packaging requirement. If your program involves return shipping, share the packing and carrier requirements so a suitable outer shipping carton can be reviewed alongside the presentation box.
Are the impression materials and trays included?
This quotation covers the custom outer box and agreed insert components. Impression materials, trays and containers are supplied by your dental brand unless separately agreed.
