Description
Rigid lid-and-base aligner packaging with separate compartments
This lid and base aligner packaging box uses a removable rigid lid and a divided interior for treatment pouches and supporting accessories. The orange reference combines a larger pouch-storage area with a separate narrow compartment. Packprince can adapt the box depth, divider position and printed finish to your own aligner program.
Plan the treatment-pouch area and accessory bay together

The removable lid opens onto a larger treatment section beside a narrow accessory compartment. This single-level layout suits kits that need pouch storage and a separate position for a case or supporting items.
- Packed pouch dimensions: Include the sealed edges and the thickness of a filled pouch when calculating storage capacity.
- Accessory compartment: Set its width and depth around the case, care items or patient materials you plan to include.
- Loaded lid fit: Check that the completed kit stays below the lid and that the removable lid can be lifted comfortably.

Adapt the lid color and welcome message to your brand

The orange reference uses a broad lid and tonal lettering. The lettering detail helps you compare the intended contrast before selecting printing or a separate logo finishing process for your custom version.
- Color planning: Use CMYK or Pantone artwork and confirm the final appearance on the selected wrap paper.
- Lettering detail: Review fine type, logo size and contrast through sampling; foil, embossing and spot UV are optional finishes.
- Interior printing: Numbered dividers or printed indexes can be added when your treatment program needs a clear sequence.

Frequently asked questions
How many aligner pouches can this box hold?
Capacity is customized. Please share the number of pouches, the sealed pouch dimensions and their packed thickness so the interior can be laid out and checked through a sample.
Can the treatment area include numbered dividers?
Yes. Numbered paperboard dividers, separate pouch bays or printed indexes can be developed. The divider pitch should be checked against your actual pouch thickness.
Can the accessory bay be made wider or moved?
Yes. Divider positions and compartment dimensions can be changed to match your pouch count, case dimensions and packing sequence. A loaded sample is used to review the final arrangement.
