Custom 500-piece jigsaw puzzle boxes provide printed cover artwork and storage space for a larger puzzle set. The piece count is a starting point for the brief. Finished puzzle dimensions, piece thickness, bagging and the reference sheet determine the actual packed volume and box dimensions.

Structure & Component Fit
Size the base from packed volume, beyond the piece count
Provide a representative packed puzzle or confirmed bulk measurements. A loose pile, a sealed bag and a compressed stack occupy different spaces. We review how the pieces and reference image sit in the base, then develop lid depth, opening clearance and the outer dimensions.
