Description
Custom Lid and Base Card Deck Boxes
Custom lid and base card deck boxes give printed decks a separate cover and holding base. This reference uses the classic lift-off construction. The box dimensions, printed surfaces and card clearance are developed around your deck and any accompanying leaflet or band.
Use the lid for cover artwork and the base for card storage. Optional bands, liners or dividers are specified according to the component list.
Structure & Component Fit

Measure the finished stack and plan the lift-off access
Card size, paper caliper, coating and quantity affect the packed stack. We review the base depth, lid overlap and space needed to remove the cards. A reference deck helps confirm the fit before the structural sample is approved.
Share the complete component list before the box dimensions are fixed. Dimensions, paper choices and assembly requirements are recorded in the approved project specification.
Lift-off construction
Review the separate lid and base as a matched pair.
Deck clearance
Measure the complete stack and allow for the agreed packing arrangement.
Cover presentation
Coordinate printed lid artwork, side panels and base graphics.
Interior options
Specify any band, liner or divider included with the card deck.
