Composite Architecture
Tin-End Composite Paper Tube for Single Malt
Achieve the perfect balance of structural integrity and visual brilliance with our composite cylinder design. Unlike full-metal canisters that are prone to permanent denting and have high tooling costs, this packaging utilizes a highly rigid, high-compression paper tube body. This paper core provides an ideal canvas for flawless 360-degree high-fidelity CMYK printing. To ensure the packaging can support heavy glass spirits, we secure the paper body with stamped tinplate metal lids and load-bearing metal bases, creating a hybrid structure that offers industrial strength and premium aesthetics.

Material Advantage
Paper Body vs. Full Metal
Our rigid paper core eliminates the expensive mold costs associated with full-tin bodies, allowing you to customize the cylinder’s height to the exact millimeter of your bottle. Furthermore, printing on art paper wrapped around a paper core yields far superior color fidelity and detail compared to direct metal printing, easily simulating vintage metallic textures (faux-metal rendering) through CMYK alone.

Structural Engineering
Crimped Metal Foundation
While the body is lightweight paper, the foundation is solid metal. A filled 700ml glass bottle demands immense structural support. We utilize advanced mechanical crimping to lock the tinplate base into the 2mm thick paper core. This creates a load-bearing seal that will never detach, drop out, or fail during global sea freight and handling.
