Description

Custom Flip-Top Card Boxes

Custom flip-top card boxes provide a compact printed format for activity decks, prompt cards and small card sets. The illustrated carton opens at one end so the deck can be taken out and returned after use. Artwork and carton dimensions are developed around your own product concept and finished card stack.

This format is useful for compact card products that need printed retail panels and end access. Review the closure and repeated opening with a structural sample before the artwork and construction are approved.

Structure & Component Fit

Plan the flap, crease and card clearance together

Paper caliper, crease placement and the packed deck influence how the end flap opens and closes. We review the card dimensions, stack thickness and preferred opening direction before developing the dieline. Any inner support, leaflet or deck wrapping is added to the component list so the carton capacity reflects the complete set.

Share the complete component list before the box dimensions are fixed. Dimensions, paper choices and assembly requirements are recorded in the approved project specification.

Flip-open access

Choose the opening end and flap direction to suit the way the deck is removed.

Custom dieline

Develop the cut and crease layout from the packed deck and selected paperboard.

Retail panels

Allow room for the title, instructions, product information and barcode on the printed carton.

Deck presentation

Coordinate the carton artwork with the card backs and any instruction insert.
