Custom Card and Guidebook Box Sets

Custom card and guidebook box sets bring printed decks, a reference book and packaging into one coordinated project. The reference shows separate card compartments and a bound guidebook. Your component list defines the deck arrangement, booklet format, printed surfaces and supply scope.

The cards, guidebook and box can share a coordinated artwork system. The quotation identifies each supplied component and the agreed assembly and packing steps.

Structure & Component Fit

Printed card decks in fitted compartments with a separate lid and coil-bound guidebook
Card-and-guidebook kit with a separate lift-off lid and fitted interior compartments

Plan the guidebook size alongside the card compartments

Measure each finished card stack and the closed guidebook, including its binding. A coil or other binding can add width and local thickness beyond the printed page size. We review the component arrangement, divider heights and packing sequence before confirming the box dimensions.

Share the complete component list before the box dimensions are fixed. Dimensions, paper choices and assembly requirements are recorded in the approved project specification.

Separate card compartments

Size each well around the finished deck and any wrapping.

Guidebook fit

Include the binding dimensions and closed-book thickness in the layout.

Coordinated print

Align the artwork direction across cards, book cover and packaging.

Complete-set packing

Define the placement order and count checks for the supplied set.
