Custom jigsaw puzzle boxes bring the puzzle image, product information and storage space into one printed pack. A separate lid lifts away from the base, giving access to the packed pieces and any reference sheet. The construction can be adapted to different puzzle formats and retail presentation requirements.

Structure & Component Fit
Size the box around the packed pieces
The assembled puzzle size does not determine the required box size on its own. Piece count, board thickness, piece shape, bagging method and included leaflets all affect the packed volume. We use the component list and a representative packed sample to review the base depth and lid fit before the dimensions are approved.
Share the complete component list before the box dimensions are fixed. Dimensions, paper choices and assembly requirements are recorded in the approved project specification.
