Description
Custom Shoulder Neck Flash Card Boxes
Custom shoulder neck flash card boxes combine a separate lid, a base and an inner collar. The lid and base meet with a flush exterior, while the collar guides the lid. This reference uses an angled-cut inner collar, giving the card compartment a sloping profile when the lid is removed. The structure can be developed for flash cards, activity prompts and other printed decks.
The printed lid provides cover artwork and side-panel space. The base and angled inner collar organize the card stack, with the exact cut line and printed surfaces specified for your design.
Structure & Component Fit

Develop the angled collar around the finished deck
Measure the complete card stack, including coatings, a leaflet and any band or wrapping. These dimensions guide the base capacity and collar position. The collar height, angled-cut profile and lid clearance are reviewed together so the closed exterior and open card compartment follow the approved sample.
Share the complete component list before the box dimensions are fixed. Dimensions, paper choices and assembly requirements are recorded in the approved project specification.
Flush-fitting lid and base
Review the alignment of the outer lid and base walls with the inner collar in place.
Angled-cut inner collar
Specify the sloping collar profile, cut position and exposed printed surfaces in the structural drawing.
Deck capacity
Set internal dimensions from the complete packed card stack and any included leaflet or band.
Card access
Check how the finished deck is gripped and removed around the collar during sample review.
